Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite execution
Lead communication with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive productivity and resolve issues
Develop and maintain project budgets, cost codes, and financial tracking to ensure profitability targets are met
Oversee subcontractor agreements, scopes of work, and compliance before work begins on site
Identify out-of-scope work and secure proper change order authorization to protect revenue
Monitor project performance, forecast costs, and provide regular financial reporting to leadership
Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across all projects and job sites
Ensure accurate documentation, billing, and reporting, including schedules of values and project records

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in general contracting or construction project management
Strong experience with budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and cost control
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with construction software and financial tracking systems
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead field and office teams effectively
Solid understanding of safety standards, contracts, and construction documentation
