Salary up to $135,000.00 based on matching experience and qualifications.

Description

Manage the overall project direction, completion and financial outcome for assigned projects.

Responsible for directing and mentoring on-site staff (lead engineers, foremen, etc)

Responsibilities

• Leads Strategy Conflict Resolution Process with Owners with PD Guidance
• Leads implementation of all company safety policies
• Serve as Owner/Client Interface
• Serve as Client - Project Executive Point of Contact Co-Lead Pursuit
• Strategy with Marketing/Business development
• Assistance Oversight of Change Management Process
• Develops project staffing plan
• Oversees successful development and implementation of Project
• Able to Manage Large, Complex, and/or Multiple Jobs Review & Approve Project
• Assists in negotiating and finalizing Owner Contract Agreements
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent experience
• 15+ years' experience.
• Manage multiple projects $75 million+
• Contracts and Risk Management
• Budgeting experience
• Microsoft Office
• Document control and scheduling software experience
• OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification and First Aid & CPR Training and Certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Develop or maintain relationships with clients and team members
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
• Dependability
• Decision-making/problem-solving skills
• Comfortable public speaking skills

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORTS:

Adapt to all types of weather conditions and traverse and inspect all areas of a construction site.

Ability to:

Physically stand, bend, sit and squat throughout the day.

Repetitive movments.

Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds at a time.
