Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering 10+ years of diversified civil engineering experience Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license Ability to support complex projects such as port/cargo terminal upland site work and/or industrial development from concept development to preparation of construction documents, permitting and construction administration Prepare design documents and reports for civil site development (site, layout, grading, storm water, erosion control, utilities, and other infrastructure systems) Possession of or eligibility to obtain a Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner Demonated ability to manage land development projects profitably
