Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects from initiation through closeout. Operating in a dynamic and technical environment, this role manages all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure outcomes align with scope, budget, and timeline, while maintaining compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and senior leadership, the Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting operationalexcellence, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to continuous improvement and business development efforts.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred. 7+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably within engineering, environmental, or construction industries. Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex, and high-impact projects in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar, and Microsoft Office Suite. In-depth knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience managing project financials, contracts, and vendor relationships. Ability to travel to job sites and regional offices as needed. Self-directed, highly organized, and capable of managing competing priorities in a matrixed or decentralized organization.

Travel Requirements
This position does require regular travel as part of its primary responsibilities. Travel is required up to 40%, primarily for occasional off-site meetings, inspections, training sessions, or company events.
