Senior Project Manager / Planner

Salary Range: $125,000 – $165,000 annually



About the Role
The Senior Project Manager/Planner provides leadership, client interface, and program oversight for complex planning initiatives across a healthcare campus.

Key Responsibilities
·       • Develop project charters, plans of action, and milestone schedules.


·       • Conduct assessments of hospital support, space, and operational needs.


·       • Lead working groups and coordinate subject matter experts.


·       • Prepare formal reports, presentations, and visualization products.


·       • Participate in clinical planning meetings and respond to RFIs.


·       • Review recommendations for compliance with federal regulations and standards.


·       • Support long‑term planning and updates to the Master Plan.



Minimum Qualifications
·       • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience.


·       • Experience in healthcare master or strategic planning.


·       • Experience leading and managing teams.


·       • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.


·       • Preferred: AutoCAD, MS Project, Revit.


·       • Strong communication and leadership skills.



Physical Requirements
·       • Ability to conduct on‑site assessments.


·       • Extended periods of computer and meeting‑based work.
