Ideal candidates are energized by guiding project teams and investing in the growth and development of team members. Opportunity to build and strengthen meaningful relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients. Role leads teams across a full range of construction management responsibilities, including project delivery, financial oversight, and achieving profitability goals in line with Shawmut standards. Project exposure spans Life Sciences, Defense Light, Commercial, MSBA, Massport, and MBTA sectors. Provide leadership across all project phases-from preconstruction through closeout and post-construction support. Proactively identify and manage key constructability challenges, including cost impacts and logistical considerations. Oversee accurate and timely execution of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, billing, collections, subcontractor payments, and change management.
