- Oversee logistics related to elevator access, staging, and delivery coordination in a vertical construction environment
- Ensure exceptional installation quality across luxury finishes including millwork, cabinetry, stone, plaster, and custom architectural details

- Maintain detailed site documentation, schedules, and reporting using Procore and other project management tools
- Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and maintain strong relationships with trade partners
- Ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and building requirements while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship
- Collaborate with the Director of Construction and internal leadership to keep the project on track and aligned with company standards
What We're Looking For

- Experience working within high-rise or tenant improvement environments
- Proven ability to start and complete a full project lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management
- Ability to manage complex logistics in constrained jobsite environments
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore
- Ability to read plans, coordinate trades, and manage project schedules effectively
- A proactive problem solver who anticipates issues and resolves them before they escalate
