Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale ground-up multifamily projects ($30M-$100M+).

A growing multifamily and mixed-use developer/GC focused on large-scale apartment communities and podium-style developments across the suburbs of Chicago.
Description
- Lead full lifecycle of multifamily construction projects
- Manage project teams including PMs, APMs, and field staff
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain schedules for large-scale developments
- Coordinate with ownership, developers, and design teams
- Manage subcontractor procurement and performance
- Ensure quality, safety, and project milestones are met
- Lead project meetings and executive-level reporting
Profile
- 8+ years of project management experience
- Strong multifamily or large-scale residential experience
- Experience with podium, wrap, or high-density construction
- Leadership and mentorship capabilities
- Strong financial management skills
