Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Oversee project budgets, track costs, and implement strategies to maintain financial targets. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project execution. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations across all project phases. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving challenges to maintain progress. Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale ($75MM+) ground-up projects, preferably mixed-use or multifamily. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management platforms (Procore, MS Project, or similar). Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments. Stable career history with tenure at reputable general contractors preferred.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary ranging from $180,000 to $200,000 annually.
