Senior Project Manager | Mechanical Construction

This is an opportunity to lead complex HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical construction projects while working for an employee-owned company experiencing tremendous growth throughout the mission-critical, industrial, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing markets.

Responsibilities: • Manage large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and manpower plans • Coordinate engineering, fabrication, field operations, subcontractors, and clients • Ensure project safety, quality, and financial performance • Mentor and develop Project Managers and project teams • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications: • 5+ years of Mechanical Construction Project Management experience • HVAC, Plumbing, or Mechanical Piping project experience preferred • Strong financial management and forecasting skills • Experience managing subcontractors and project schedules • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
