Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Job Location: Remote (EST or CST preferred)
Job Duration: 6 Months


Job Description:
Overview
  • Lead medium to large-scale healthcare and technology initiatives
  • Drive projects from initiation through completion
  • Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders
  • Deliver results aligned with business objectives

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across scope, schedule, and budget
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates and presentations
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics using PM tools
  • Identify and mitigate risks, escalate issues when necessary
  • Oversee project budgets and resource planning
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards, contracts, and regulatory guidelines (including HIPAA)
  • Maintain accurate project documentation (schedules, risks, change requests)
  • Partner with stakeholders to analyze challenges and recommend solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5 7 years of project management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects independently
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master s degree in a related field
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certification (or in progress)
  • Experience in healthcare systems, Medicaid/Medicare programs, or government contracts
