Job Details

The Senior Project Manager will lead multiple site development and heavy civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will be responsible for financial performance, client satisfaction, team leadership, and overall project execution. You will play a key role in delivering high-profile projects involving earthwork, excavation, utilities, and paving, while mentoring junior staff and collaborating closely with field operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously (budgets, schedules, and quality)
Oversee preconstruction efforts including estimating support, value engineering, and logistics planning
Manage project financials including forecasting, cost control, and change management
Serve as primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and stakeholders
Coordinate with field teams to ensure safe, efficient execution
Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements
Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
Mentor and develop Project Managers and Project Engineers
