Description
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading multiple construction projects from preconstruction through close-out, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of 2-4 Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
- Playing an active role in hiring, training, and building a scalable project team
- Serving as the primary client point of contact, including for high-profile and confidential projects
- Leading OAC meetings and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships
- Overseeing complex, high-value projects typically exceeding $20M
- Collaborating closely with ownership and senior leadership on strategy and execution
- Running 2-4 projects concurrently with full administrative and project support
- Balancing office-based leadership with regular site presence
Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- Experience leading projects independently as a Senior or Lead Project Manager
- Proven track record of managing, and developing project teams
- Strong ability to handle complex scopes, schedules, and multiple workstreams
- Confident, self-sufficient tendencies and comfortable operating with minimal oversight
- Clear ambition to progress into a Project Executive role
- Proficiency with Procore, PlanGrid, CMiC, and Microsoft office
- Experience delivering large-scale commercial construction projects
