Senior Project Manager (New Hudson Facades, LLC)(Linwood, PA): Head the Project Management team and oversee the completion of projects; Lead the NHF relationship with clients and their teams to ensure contract objectives for time, cost, and quality are met; Partner with the Operations Manager to conduct PM Department reviews and manage disciplinary action; Interpret and manage bid and contract documents; Develop, track, and report on detailed project schedules across all phases; Manage the schedule of values and payment requisitions to align project cash flow; Collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement to oversee pricing and purchasing of materials, equipment, and subcontractors; Research and report on changes to contract scope; and Chair and participate in internal and external meetings. In order to complete the above-mentioned tasks, the following skills and experience are required: Experience directing project managers and cross-functional teams; Experience building and maintaining client relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors; Experience with setting clear objectives, planning, and scheduling, scope management, risk management, and clear communication within the life of a project; Experience interpreting and managing contracts, trade agreements, drawings, specifications, and pricing documents; Experience developing and monitoring project schedules across design, engineering, production, and installation phases; Experience with financial management in construction projects, including budget control, cash flow, and payment requisitions; Experience developing and implementing a project-specific Site QA/QC plan tailored to an individual project; Experience with negotiation and procurement to oversee materials, subcontractors, and supplier relationships; Experience evaluating project changes, risks, and scope modifications; Experience leading meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating with stakeholders; and Experience with project management software Primavera, Power BI, and Asana. Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Project Management, Architectural Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field, and at least five years of experience as a Project Manager or related occupation.
