Description

  • Manage multiple projects ranging from $10M-$60M
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and contract administration
  • Serve as main client liaison and manage expectations
  • Lead and mentor PMs and APMs
  • Coordinate preconstruction and procurement efforts

Profile

  • 8+ years project management experience (GC background required)
  • Experience with industrial/commercial construction
  • Strong financial and cost management skills
  • Leadership experience managing teams
