Description
- Manage and oversee life science construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all phases of the project.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any challenges and proposing solutions.
- Lead and mentor project teams to foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
- Ensure quality control standards are met at all stages of the construction process.
