QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, contracts, and procurement processes
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with construction software such as Procore, Sage, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead day-to-day management of multiple construction projects, ensuring successful execution from preconstruction through closeout
  • Collaborate with superintendents, engineers, and project teams to develop cost-effective plans, schedules, and construction strategies
  • Oversee project budgets, job costs, and financial performance to ensure profitability
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, purchase orders, and negotiations
  • Track project schedules and ensure critical milestones are met
  • Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and project documentation for timely completion
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, and stakeholders while serving as the primary point of contact
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Support team development by mentoring junior staff and contributing to process improvement
