Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will guide and support project managers and team leads, enforce company and project rules, and maintain strong communication with clients. You will ensure that projects are built according to plans and contracts, manage the project budget and financial updates, and keep the schedule current with input from team and subcontractors. You will work in line with company values, ethics, and goals, represent the company to build relationships and find new business, lead and motivate the project team, coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, oversee daily safety practices on site, review new project leads, help with estimating, and maintain ongoing coordination with subcontractors while supervising self-performed work.
