Senior Project Manager

Project Manager (Retail Platform Transformation)

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid onsite)

About the Role:

Seeking a hands-on project manager to support a major transformation initiative: consolidating multiple retail teams and systems into a single, centralized retail application platform. You will be the logistical backbone, managing project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, deliverables, and stakeholder communications, so leaders can focus on high-level strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive day-to-day project plans for retail platform migration and team consolidations
• Coordinate logistics, meetings, and task tracking across HR, IT, analytics, and retail field tech workstreams
• Document meeting minutes, action items, and ensure accountability for deliverables
• Support change management: help harmonize processes, reporting, and team structures
• Assist with reporting, analytics, billing, timekeeping, and benefits integration as teams move between legal entities
• Collaborate with internal and external partners; work closely with Vice President
• Participate in occasional in-person "war rooms” as needed
• Ramp up quickly to take a lead role for implementation phase

Ideal Candidate:

• 5-7+ years' project management experience (senior)
• Success leading complex, multi-workstream projects in retail, Client, or transformation environments
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Experience with change management, reporting/analytics, HR integration a plus
• Able to start quickly; available through hypercare
