APPLY NOW AND YOUR RESUME WILL BE REVIEWED WITHIN 24 HOURS!Job DescriptionKey responsibilities for the Superintendent are:Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up K-12 and/or higher education projects ranging from $20M-$80M+Develop and execute detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achievedManage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standardsCoordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners to ensure smooth project deliveryEnforce strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies (OSHA compliance)Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and quality control reviewsIdentify and proactively resolve field-related issues, minimizing delays and cost impactsMaintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and documentationOversee site logistics, sequencing, and phasing in active or occupied campus environmentsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
