Senior Project Manager - Harrisburg, PA

Contract Duration: 6 months (Hybrid/Remote)

Seeking for a Senior Project Manager to administer and oversee programs supporting health and wellbeing. Manage Medicaid programs and collaborate with federal, state, and community partners to ensure compliance and improve outcomes. Lead cross-program implementation efforts from planning through launch and stabilization. Utilize project management tools to drive clarity and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead initiative workstreams and governance forums; prepare agendas and materials.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans.
• Translate policy requirements into actionable tasks.
• Establish and maintain project artifacts like RACI matrices and RAID logs.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with program offices and external partners.
• Support change management and documentation processes.
• Coach junior PMs and independently drive complex initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience leading large, multi-workstream initiatives.
• Ability to drive cross-functional coordination and facilitate productive meetings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using project controls and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Medicaid or CMS-facing initiatives.
• Experience with Section 1115 demonstrations or similar programs.
• Familiarity with government operations or regulatory implementation.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
