Description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Managing project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Conducting site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks while implementing corrective actions
  • Preparing and presenting project updates to leadership and clients
  • Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Negotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendors
  • Mentoring and developing project managers and project engineers
  • Facilitating communication across project teams and stakeholders
  • Overseeing quality control and ensuring high standards of workmanship
  • Managing project documentation including contracts, change orders, and reports
  • Supporting project closeout, including client walkthroughs and final delivery

Profile

The Senior Project Manager will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
  • Proven leadership experience managing project teams
  • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, or similar
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Experience with contract negotiation and subcontractor management
  • Commitment to maintaining a strong safety culture
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus

Job Offer

The Senior Project Manager will be offered:

  • $130,000 - $150,000 base salary depending on experience
  • Bonus typically ranging from $15,000 - $20,000 in year one
