Interview Process: This is a video-on interview and ensure candidates join 5 minutes prior the interview time. This is under the same manager as well and the final position to compliment both Redis and Ping. While they have functional support on the App side in place, they need a strong PM on the Platform side to drive a few projects that are focused on infrastructure and the tools they use to develop and deploy. Most of these projects are tailored towards automation efforts within their tech stack. They operate in Kanban Framework and leverage Agile methodologies to execute projects.

Client Detail: Our client is a financial services company that provides clearing, settlement, custody, and risk management services for securities transactions. It acts as a central clearinghouse, manages assets, reduces counterparty risk, facilitates trade reporting, and operates technology platforms for efficient processing. Its role is to ensure the smooth functioning of securities markets and enhance transparency in the financial system.

Job Order: The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing infrastructure projects within scope, on time, and within budget. This role requires close collaboration with platform teams, leveraging agile methodologies to support and enhance our infrastructure capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage infrastructure-related projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with platform teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices and process enhancements.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in infrastructure or IT projects.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with platform teams and understanding of platform services and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
