Description

The Owner's Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

    • Leading projects end-to-end, from preconstruction advisory through closeout
    • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and delivery
    • Overseeing budgets, schedules, and project performance using internal tracking tools and dashboards
    • Managing and coordinating architects, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
    • Providing strategic guidance and owner's representation to protect client interests
    • Supporting and mentoring junior project managers and team members
    • Contributing to business development efforts and help generate new client opportunities
    • Ensuring compliance with all project requirements, standards, and timelines

Profile

The Owner's Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience managing corporate interior or workplace projects (tech, legal, etc.)
  • Strong track record handling projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Experience in owner's representation or client-side project management preferred
  • Ability to lead teams while independently managing multiple projects
  • Demonstrated business development or client relationship skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Bluebeam
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
  • Based within commuting distance of Alexandria, VA, with hybrid flexibility
