Description
The Senior Project Manager will report into the leadership team and act as a key partner in delivering complex projects while supporting broader operational goals.
Lead the delivery of multiple construction projects across public sector, municipal, and healthcare verticals
Manage project teams, ensuring collaboration between field and office functions
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and client communication
Support strategic growth into Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and civic projects
Partner with senior leadership to strengthen operational structure and delivery capability
Mentor and develop junior project managers and field teams
Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Profile
For the Senior Project Manager we are seeking:
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or seasoned Project Manager within a reputable general contractor
Background delivering projects across public sector, healthcare, education, or municipal construction
Strong understanding of CM at Risk delivery methods
10-15+ years of construction experience (flexible for the right individual)
Collaborative leadership style with a team-first mentality
Ability to operate in a leadership capacity without a hierarchical or "top-down" approach
Strong commercial, operational, and client-facing skillset
Job Offer
Base Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 (with flexibility for the right candidate)
Vehicle Allowance: $500 - $1,000/month (based on experience)

PTO: Up to 4 weeks depending on experience level
