Description
Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee full financial management, forecasting, and reporting
Direct subcontractor buyout and contract administration
Guide estimating strategy and cost control efforts
Manage project teams and coordinate with executive leadership
Ensure schedule, safety, and quality standards are achieved
Profile
Extensive experience leading commercial or institutional projects
Experience delivering projects up to $60M
Strong estimating, budgeting, and cost control expertise
Procore experience
Proven leadership and client-facing ability
