Description

The Senior Project Manager is a central leadership position, reporting into senior regional leadership and overseeing multiple project teams.

  • Lead delivery of multiple high‑end commercial interior projects from preconstruction through close‑out
  • Manage and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents
  • Maintain full responsibility for schedule adherence, financial performance, and quality outcomes
  • Partner with estimating and marketing teams on proposals, bids, and pre‑qualifications
  • Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships to drive repeat business
  • Oversee contract execution, change management, and resolution of complex project issues
  • Ensure timely project close‑out and consistent financial reporting across all teams

Profile

For the Senior Project Manager role, we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 10-12+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor
  • Proven background in high‑end office interiors; secure or classified project experience is strongly preferred (SCIF)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and complex project portfolios simultaneously
  • Strong financial acumen, contract management skills, and client‑facing communication
  • Experience mentoring and developing project staff within a collaborative environment
