The Senior Project Manager is a central leadership position, reporting into senior regional leadership and overseeing multiple project teams.
Lead delivery of multiple high‑end commercial interior projects from preconstruction through close‑out
Manage and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents
Maintain full responsibility for schedule adherence, financial performance, and quality outcomes
Partner with estimating and marketing teams on proposals, bids, and pre‑qualifications
Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships to drive repeat business
Oversee contract execution, change management, and resolution of complex project issues
Ensure timely project close‑out and consistent financial reporting across all teams
Profile
For the Senior Project Manager role, we are seeking:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
10-12+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor
Proven background in high‑end office interiors; secure or classified project experience is strongly preferred (SCIF)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and complex project portfolios simultaneously
Strong financial acumen, contract management skills, and client‑facing communication
Experience mentoring and developing project staff within a collaborative environment
Job Offer
Base salary range of $130,000 - $150,000
