OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead land development projects for private and public sector clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, team leadership, and a track record of delivering civil engineering projects from conceptional planning through completion. Experience coordinating with external partners (surveyors, traffic, Geotech, environmental consultants) and managing design teams is essential.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage land development projects from concept through construction, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.Manage and mentor a team of junior designers and drafters; assign tasks, monitor workload, and ensure deliverables meet project standards.Coordinate internal teams (junior designers, drafters) and external partners to deliver high-quality plans and site designs.Develop project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies; monitor progress and report to stakeholders.Serve as primary point of contact for clients, addressing needs, changes, and expectations.Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and permitting requirements; prepare and review submittals for public bids as appropriate.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or related field).5-7 years of project management experience in civil engineering, with emphasis on grading, stormwater, soil erosion control, and land development.Experience coordinating with surveyors, traffic, Geotech, and environmental consultants; ability to manage outsourced partners.Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to manage a design team and client relationships.Experience working with AutoCAD, Excel, WordProfessional Engineer (PE) license is a plus but not required.Experience with public sector bids and permitting processes.BenefitsSalary range based on experience ranging from $90,000 to $115,000Health Insurance StipendPaid time off: 2 weeks vacation; holidays and sick leave per policy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
