Senior Project Manager / Civil Engineer - Site Development - Psomas

Key Responsibilities Lead multidisciplinary site development and public works projects from concept through construction, ensuring schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow, performing variance analysis and corrective actions.Prepare and review civil design deliverables using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, coordinating with engineers, architects, and contractors.Mentor junior staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster a collaborative team environment.Maintain and grow client relationships, identify business development opportunities, and contribute to proposal development.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.8+ years of experience managing site development or public works projects, with a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.Excellent communication, leadership, and client‑facing skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
