Our Client, a Commercial Banking company, is looking for a Senior Project Manager for their Charlotte NC / Atlanta GA / Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent regulatory and accounting change initiatives.
  • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, issues, and executive reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement process, data, reporting, and system changes.
  • Support regulatory reporting initiatives, including FR Y-14 and FR 2052a-related efforts.
  • Drive remediation activities resulting from regulatory examinations, findings, and testing.
  • Facilitate governance processes, stakeholder engagement, decision-making forums, and executive communications.
  • Oversee testing, implementation readiness, and post-implementation support.
  • Ensure solutions are documented, auditable, and aligned with regulatory and accounting requirements.
 
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of project or program management experience within banking, financial services, Finance, Risk, Treasury, Regulatory Reporting, or accounting organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex regulatory, accounting, reporting, or remediation initiatives.
  • Strong project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver against regulatory deadlines.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences:
  • Experience with FR Y-14, FR 2052a, CCAR, liquidity reporting, or other regulatory reporting frameworks.
  • Experience implementing accounting policy or accounting standard changes.
  • Background supporting regulatory examinations, remediation programs, or financial restatements.
  • PMP certification and/or prior consulting or large-bank transformation experience.
