  • Monitor project financial performance, procurement, progress billing, and cost control.
  • Oversee BAS installation, startup, commissioning, integration, and owner training.
  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, mechanical contractors, and consulting engineers.
  • Mentor junior project managers and technical staff while promoting a collaborative team environment.

  • Experience managing mission-critical, data center, healthcare, industrial, or other complex commercial construction projects is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, commissioning, low-voltage systems, and construction project delivery.
  • Experience with BAS platforms such as Niagara, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Delta Controls, Automated Logic (ALC), Distech, Reliable Controls, KMC, or similar systems.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, and architectural drawings.
  • Experience managing project financials, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and client communication.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or project management software is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites throughout the region.

What We Offer
