    What You'll Be Doing

    • Manage municipal engineering projects from planning through completion
    • Build trusted, long-term relationships by helping identify forward-looking solutions
    • Lead and mentor a team of project engineers and designers
    • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client communication
    • Prepare proposals, estimate project fees, and support continued partnership growth
    • Represent the firm at client meetings, council meetings, and public presentations

    About You

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
    • 5+ years of experience with a background supporting municipal infrastructure projects
    • Demonstrated ability or desire to mentor and develop engineers
    • A collaborative leader who enjoys solving complex problems
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license
