What You'll Be Doing
- Manage municipal engineering projects from planning through completion
- Build trusted, long-term relationships by helping identify forward-looking solutions
- Lead and mentor a team of project engineers and designers
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client communication
- Prepare proposals, estimate project fees, and support continued partnership growth
- Represent the firm at client meetings, council meetings, and public presentations
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience with a background supporting municipal infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated ability or desire to mentor and develop engineers
- A collaborative leader who enjoys solving complex problems
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
