PSCI-LIA, a fast-growing 8(a), SDVOSB, and woman-owned small business, is seeking a Senior Project Information Specialist - Facilities for an upcoming contract.

Position Summary:

Senior member of the IRC team. Owns AV/conference room operations, executive event logistics, USTDA business center oversight, and project report library management for USTDA's 10th and 11th floor facilities. Supports senior agency officials and high-profile international/Congressional visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage conference rooms, training rooms, board rooms, and USTDA business center bookings and set-ups.
  • Provide on-site AV technical support - microphones, monitors, video conferencing, presentation systems - during executive events and meetings.
  • Create and edit audio-visual content including presentations and short videos for agency use.
  • Coordinate logistics with Agency staff, contractors, caterers, building staff, and visitors for events.
  • Manage USTDA project report library and information assets.
  • Submit facilities-related work tickets and monitor shared mailboxes for facility issues.
  • Provide training and technical assistance to agency staff on IRC functions, AV equipment, and conference systems.
  • Cross-cover reception and admin support functions during peak demand or leave coverage.
  • Move files and equipment as needed (physical demand component).

Required Education:

  • College degree REQUIRED in business, information management, communications, audio-visual technology, or related field; OR equivalent documented work experience.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of administrative management or relevant work experience.
  • Experience creating and implementing organizational or administrative management policies and procedures.
  • Experience evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements.
  • Experience providing training and technical assistance to staff.
  • Experience in information and records management.
  • Proficient in IT programs, databases, and computerized systems (MS 365, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom/Webex).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to innovative and quality customer service.
  • Physical ability to move large numbers of files and/or file boxes.
  • Experience providing on-site AV technical support during events (mic/monitor connectivity, presentation/visual material access).
  • Experience creating and editing audio-visual content such as presentations and videos.
  • Experience setting up conference, board, or training rooms.
  • Experience with administrative services like office management, building/facilities management, HR, and/or security.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications / Certifications:

  • CTS (Certified Technology Specialist - AVIXA) or equivalent AV certification.
  • Microsoft 365 / Teams Rooms administrator certification.
  • Experience supporting executive-level meetings or Congressional briefings.

Clearance & Eligibility Requirements:

  • US Citizenship required (PWS D.1.4).
  • Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a final SECRET security clearance issued by DCSA. An active interim Secret may be acceptable for non-Project Manager positions per PWS D.1.5.1, subject to Contracting Officer discretion.
  • Candidates without a current clearance must be eligible to be processed for a Department of State (DOS) Personal Identification Facility Access Card (FAC) prior to start.
  • Must complete and pass Certification of Personnel requirements per RFP Section E.1.8 (Certification confirms availability for award and commitment to the position).
  • Must consent to and pass a USTDA non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and abide by USTDA dress code, FAR-mandated conduct, and DD-254 classification handling rules.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting hourly rate: $30.00 plus SCA H&W rate of $4.93/hr, 11 federal holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
