Motive Workforce is supporting a robotics company seeking a Senior Project Engineering Manager to lead hardware delivery across robotic systems. This role owns system-level execution and coordinates across engineering and operations teams to bring complex systems into production.

What You Will Do
- Own system-level execution of robotic stations and hardware projects
- Define architecture and layout of robotic cells
- Coordinate across Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Software, ML, and Automation teams
- Drive integration from design through FAT, SAT, commissioning, and customer acceptance
- Manage schedules and technical milestones from pre-sales handoff through deployment
- Evaluate technical tradeoffs, feasibility, and impact of changes
- Debug issues across hardware and software systems, drive resolution
- Analyze system performance using dashboards, logs, and basic data tools
- Act as the bridge between engineering, project teams, and customer-facing stakeholders
- Support site deployments and customer visits, up to 40% travel
