Apply today!Nature of WorkSupport and assist the project manager in assuring timely project completion. Duties may include developing schedules, budgets, progress reviews, billings, bids, change orders, submittal lists and reports. Interface with subcontractors, owners, vendors, and company personnel to coordinate efficient completion of a project.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCreate project management & superintendent documentation including schedules, material purchases, cost management, progress charts, labor allegation, etc.Coordinate/communicate with owners, vendors, crews, subcontracts, architects, and suppliers to facilitate timely project completion.Assist with labor forecasting and project billings.Conduct workplace inspections assessing quantity & specification/quality, percent completion by subcontractors, & safety compliance.Develop operations and maintenance manuals and as‑builts as required.Other duties as assigned.Conducts actions in a professional and unbiased manner.Complies with all company and site policies and best practice standards.Continuously develops proficiency and understanding in the role.Maintains a professional appearance and workspace.Participates in and complies with all company safety and quality programs and procedures.Promote the company safety culture and safety awareness throughout the company, projects, or office.Utilizes relevant company technology to support all assigned responsibilities.Maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record which, per Company's vehicle policy, allows operation of a company vehicle.Exercise initiative or, as directed, perform additional duties to meet the needs of the organization.Additional ResponsibilitiesProvide mentorship/training to less experienced team membersFiscal ResponsibilityAssumes responsibility for day-to-day financial management of assigned scope of responsibility by understanding the budget process, accurately forecasting and limiting month-to-month fluctuations.Maintains fiscal records and follows procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations.Understands business plan and manages financial goals.Makes operational decisions in light of broader financial goals and constraints.Influencing OthersInspires a sense of team in the work environment.
