If this describes you, we encourage you to apply today.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a working understanding of budgets, schedules, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, change orders and other management tools.Assume responsibility and communicate effectively with all internal and external customers.May have more involvement in entire job cycle on selected small projects, under supervision.Travel as needed.Generate Requests For Information (RFIs) and track approvals.Monitor and maintain shop drawing log and shop drawing coordination.Complete thorough drawing review while utilizing the Ryan checklists.Assist Project Manager and Superintendent with creating and executing Project Specific Quality Plan (PSQP).Coordinate and track Vendor and Subcontractor deliveries.Help manage Ryan Safety Policies and Procedures.Participate in establishing and managing overall site logistics.Participate in the city and jurisdictional permit inspection process.Keep office and jobsite plans updated with RFIs and ASIs.Manage the Punchlist process including Punchlist inspections, record Punchlist items and help manage completion of Punchlist work.Participate in preparing and updating the project schedule.Prepare agendas and minutes for the weekly construction meetings and take an active role in these meetings.Assist Project Manager with project procurement through development of subcontractor RFP bid forms and bid form evaluation spreadsheets.
