Senior Project Manager - Data Center DesignDesign and Development team. Responsible for the standards, procurement, and design of data center facilities across North America, managing projects with a combined annual value of $50-70 million.What You'll DoLead Project Design: Direct third‑party architectural and engineering teams in the design of North American data center projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, and quality delivery.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Interface with internal finance, sales, operations teams and external consultants and equipment manufacturers to validate build programs and deliver critical infrastructure projects.Support Business Growth: Evaluate potential data center acquisitions and provide technical insights to the sales engineering team for new business opportunities.Manage Procurement: Oversee procurement of long‑lead and owner‑furnished equipment to maintain project timelines and standards.Ensure Standards & Compliance: Maintain inclusive practices while ensuring all designs meet Iron Mountain standards and regulatory requirements.What You'll BringExtensive Experience: At least 10 years in design and construction project delivery, with a minimum of 5 years managing project management teams.Technical Expertise: In‑depth knowledge of complex electrical, mechanical, life‑safety, and control systems for critical facilities or data centers, plus national and local building codes.Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex design programs and build strong relationships with suppliers, business partners, and internal customers.Education & Certification: Four‑year college degree required; Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.Compliance & Mobility: US citizenship required; ability to travel 25% of the time, including overnight and international travel as needed.What We OfferCompetitive compensation aligned with experience.Work‑life balance: paid time off, holidays, and flexible work options.Comprehensive health, dental, and retirement plans.Professional development opportunities for continuous learning and growth.Reasonably expected salary range: $123,500.00 - $164,700.00Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors.
