    INTERA Incorporated is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Geological Engineer to join our Albuquerque, New Mexico, office. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support technically challenging projects for a diverse range of clients, including state and municipal agencies, mining companies, and private industry partners that share our commitment to environmental stewardship and technical excellence. This role will contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of remediation, reclamation, and environmental characterization projects that help clients address complex environmental challenges, meet regulatory requirements, and sustainably manage natural resources.The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver who enjoys balancing technical work, project leadership, and client engagement. Responsibilities may include developing remedial strategies, leading environmental investigations, evaluating treatment system performance, supporting mine reclamation and closure efforts, and providing technical guidance on contaminated site management.
