ResponsibilitiesMaintain job cost accounting across multiple active construction projectsTrack budgets vs. actuals, committed costs, and forecasted costsEnsure accurate cost coding across jobs and cost categoriesPartner with construction and project managers to maintain real‑time cost visibilityProduce monthly job cost reports and variance analysesPrepare and manage lender draw packages (AIA/G702/G703 or equivalent)Track sources & uses, capital flows, and development budgetsMaintain development entity books and support investor/lender reportingCoordinate with lenders, capital partners, and internal stakeholdersEnsure compliance with financing requirements and reporting timelinesMaintain general ledger and monthly close for corporate entities with support from offshore teamsManage intercompany transactions and allocationsSupport internal financial reportingPrepare corporate cash forecasts and cash position analysesPrepare owner capital calls and distribution requestsReview reconciliations for corporate credit cards and shared intercompany expensesSupport ad hoc accounting and finance projects as neededPotentially manage an accounting assistantEstablish and maintain scalable accounting processes and controlsWork closely with the CFO and cross‑functional teams to improve reporting and workflowsCollaborate directly with construction, development, and management teamsRequirementsStrong accounting foundation with senior‑level accounting experienceExperience in real estate development, construction accounting, or job cost accountingExperience with multifamily or residential projects preferredFamiliarity with construction loan processes and lender reporting requirementsCorporate or fund accounting experience within real estate is a plusExperience with AppFolio or similar accounting software preferredSelf‑starter with strong ownership mentality and problem‑solving skillsExcited to work in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
