Job Description
This job is responsible for managing a portfolio of projects to support Operational Excellence and drive Responsible Growth. Key responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to understand and provide insight into processes to optimize and manage operational efficiency and/or associated costs. Job expectations include outlining processes, activities, associated talent and cost outputs to drive solutions and improvements through standardization, automation and other process improvement ideas.
Role Purpose
Drive adoption and optimization of emerging technology tools across the team ensuring efficiency, scalability and alignment with strategic objectives. This role serves as both a technical expert and a strategic partner enabling the organization to fully leverage advanced capabilities such as AI.
Responsibilities
- Builds relationships and partners closely with line of business stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects and interpretation of results.
- Leads daily activities of project activities and deliverables.
- Integrates capabilities with key enterprise initiatives such as Operational Excellence, Simplify and Improve and organizational health.
- Serves as change catalyst by identifying efficiency opportunities and driving change.
Additional Responsibilities
- Emerging Tech Enablement: Partner with onshore and offshore teams to implement and scale tools including AI solutions (Flare and Copilot), Alteryx and Tableau.
- AI Strategy & Integration: Develop and execute a roadmap for leveraging AI capabilities to enhance processes, analytics and decision-making.
- Workflow Optimization: Ensure all Alteryx workflows are efficient, standardized and aligned with best practices to maximize performance and minimize risk.
- Governance & Standards: Establish and maintain best practices for technical documentation and controls.
- Technical Resource & Support: Serve as a go-to technical expert for team members providing guidance, troubleshooting and development assistance for emerging tech tools.
- Innovation Advocacy: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate, streamline and enhance business processes.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in roles where technology has been utilized to drive automation and process improvement.
- Catalyst for change and a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
- Experience driving efficiency improvements through process re-engineering and the strategic adoption of new technologies.
- Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, self-starter with excellent anticipation skills, problem solving and follow up.
- Extensive experience with automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Copilot, etc.) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) including tact, diplomacy and ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft business applications.
