We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Program Manager to lead one of our most critical seller experience initiatives within Selling Partner Trust (SPT). This role sits at the intersection of product, policy, operations, and technology driving a cross-functional program that spans multiple organizations to fundamentally improve how sellers interact with Amazon"s enforcement and remediation systems. You will own the end-to-end program strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a high-visibility initiative that directly impacts millions of selling partners worldwide.
The ideal candidate is a builder who thrives in ambiguity, can influence without authority across organizational boundaries, and translates complex, cross-functional challenges into clear plans with measurable outcomes. This role offers significant autonomy, exposure to senior leadership, and serves as a launching pad for future senior leadership opportunities.
Key job responsibilities
Program Strategy & Cross-Functional Leadership
Program Delivery & Operational Excellence
Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication
A day in the life
You will own the program roadmap, and be the single thread that holds a complex, multi-organization initiative together. When teams are misaligned, you will get them on the same page.
You will run the mechanisms that keep the program on track : milestone reviews, escalation paths, launch readiness checks and you will have the judgment to know when process helps and when it gets in the way.
You will thrive in an environment that rewards clarity of thought, bias for action, and the ability to earn trust across organizational boundaries.
About the team
Our North Star is to support and protect seller business continuity so sellers can confidently invest in growing with Amazon. Our strategy focuses on three interconnected areas: (1) Governance: ensuring enforcements are accurate, predictable, and only taken when necessary; (2) Seller Experience: providing transparent, actionable information with efficient remediation pathways so sellers can restore operations quickly and independently; and (3) Support: delivering the right help when issues arise in a way that demonstrates Amazon"s commitment to their business. This role is the central driver of the Seller Experience pillar, coordinating tightly with Governance and Support to deliver cohesive improvements for selling partners.
