Long-Term Contract: $50-60 per hour

The Senior Program Manager will oversee enterprise-scale programs and projects, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver strategic IT and business initiatives. This role involves planning, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions while collaborating with IT, business units, and senior leadership. The Senior Program Manager will define program scope, manage resources, mitigate risks, and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale programs and projects
• Most have data centric experience 
• Complex data centric initiatives working with multiple workstreams
• Strong leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary delivery teams
• Expertise in budget management and financial accountability
• Ability to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining program schedules and resource plans
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage with senior business line leadership and stakeholders
• Strong risk assessment and mitigation capabilities
• Ability to track, analyze, and report on program and project performance
• Experience presenting progress reports and solutions to management

• Experience developing solution roadmaps in collaboration with IT and business units
• Familiarity with corporate initiatives and strategic program delivery
• Advanced skills in managing interdependencies across multiple projects
• Proficiency in facilitating cross-functional team alignment
• Background in IT and business process integration
