ABOUT THE ROLE
The Contractor – Transformation Office Program and Analytics Lead will support enterprise portfolio management by driving disciplined project execution, enabling cross-functional coordination, and building AI-enabled dashboards and KPI tracking tools. This role combines program management rigor, enterprise navigation, and advanced analytics enablement to improve visibility, governance, and value realization across Transformation Office initiatives.

ENGAGEMENT TYPE
Full-time contract engagement based on scope

RESPONSIBILITIES

Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management Support
Support end-to-end tracking of Transformation Office initiatives across functions
Maintain initiative-level status reporting including risks, dependencies, and milestones
Facilitate governance cadence including weekly, biweekly, and monthly reviews
Prepare executive leadership team-ready portfolio summaries and decision support materials
Track ROI, payback periods, and value realization metrics

Cross-Functional Initiative Navigation
Partner with functional leads to ensure initiative alignment and execution clarity
Identify and escalate cross-functional risks and blockers
Ensure standardized reporting across enterprise initiatives
Support prioritization discussions and portfolio trade-off analysis
Act as liaison between business, IT, Product, and Finance teams

KPI Dashboard and Portal Development AI-Enabled
Design and build automated portfolio dashboards using Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, or similar tools
Create centralized KPI tracking portals for initiative health using RAG status indicators
Develop investment versus benefit tracking frameworks
Track ROI percentage and payback metrics
Measure customer or operational impact metrics
Leverage AI tools including Claude AI to automate data summarization
Generate executive-ready insights using AI-enabled analytics
Build natural-language portfolio query capabilities
Support narrative generation for executive leadership presentations
Improve automation and reduce manual reporting processes

Data and Automation Enablement
Consolidate initiative data from multiple sources including Excel, Salesforce, and project tracking systems
Develop structured portfolio data models
Introduce standardized templates for investment and benefit tracking
Build scalable tracking frameworks to support future AI integration
Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of five years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Transformation Office, or Consulting environments
Strong portfolio reporting and governance experience
Advanced proficiency in Excel and or Power BI
Experience building dashboards and automation workflows
Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude AI, OpenAI, or Copilot for reporting automation
Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional environments
Ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments
Understanding of ROI modeling, financial analysis, and value realization tracking
Experience with Salesforce data extraction and reporting
Exposure to Azure, Power Automate, or API integrations

Centralized and automated portfolio dashboard deployed
Standardized ROI and value tracking model implemented
Governance reporting cadence stabilized
Manual reporting effort reduced by more than 30 percent
Improved executive leadership portfolio visibility and decision quality
