The primary objective of this position is to lead cross functional teams in the development of new-make hardware as well as large component repair tasks. The scope covers initial reverse engineering, product design, and manufacturing readiness to low-rate initial production. This position is responsible for all aspects of the projects and accountable for ensuring successful execution and revenue conversion.
