Reporting to the Senior Managing Director, the Senior Program Coordinator provides high-level operational, administrative, and project management support for Kellogg Alumni Relations and Developments major gifts team. This position coordinates principal gift and campaign activities, prepares donor briefings and performance reports, manages fundraising data and reporting, supports strategic planning and prospect management efforts, and coordinates campaign-related events. Working collaboratively with development leadership, stewardship, and prospect management teams, the Senior Program Coordinator helps advance fundraising priorities through effective project coordination, data management, and process improvement.

Specific Responsibilities:
Administration & Events
Develops, maintains & reports on quantitative and qualitative performance measures to support fundraising activities.
Manages fundraising event details including communication and logistics are arranged and completed in an appropriate and timely manner.
Strategic Planning
Provides recommendations and/or changes/improvements to functional operations to better meet organizational needs and objectives.
Miscellaneous
Performs other duties as assigned

Target hiring range for this position will be $65,000 - $70,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
