Location: Saint Paul, MinnesotaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $31 - 37 per hourWe are seeking a talented Senior Production Artist/Print Coordinator on behalf of our client in the Financial Services industry. Candidates must be commutable to the following Location: St. Paul, MN (55101). This position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring on-site presence Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the option for remote work on Monday and Friday.This dual-function role is responsible for producing high-quality marketing materials and electronic imagery while serving as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external print/mail vendors. The position is split equally between technical production and print coordination.Responsibilities:Production & Asset Management (50%)Produce and archive digital creative assets including illustrations, typography, and photography into various digital formats.Execute complex PDF and PowerPoint remediation to ensure all documents meet accessibility standards for assistive technology.Interpret client revisions and instructions to make precise corrections within strict production schedules.Ensure all creative materials adhere to established brand compliance and quality standards.Manage digital assets within a DAM platform, ensuring proper naming conventions and strategy implementation.Print Coordination & Vendor Liaison (50%)Serve as the primary department contact for the end-to-end estimate, print, and job completion process.Coordinate with external print and mail vendors to manage project timelines, delivery instructions, and quality control.Consult with internal clients to provide guidance on printing/mailing capabilities, material selection, scheduling, and cost-effective solutions.Obtain and document detailed cost estimates; partner with budget coordinators to manage purchase orders and finalize invoices.Support enterprise online storefronts for the ordering of standardized or personalized stationery and promotional products. Qualifications:Experience & Industry Knowledge:Minimum 8-10+ years of experience in a production art or print coordination role.Prior experience within financial services, banking, or a similarly highly regulated industry is strongly preferred.Advanced knowledge of pre-press, offset/digital printing processes, and mailing capabilities.Proven experience in photo retouching, infographics creation, and production for diverse formats (including environmental graphics or dimensional packaging).Technical Proficiency:PDF/PowerPoint Remediation: Required experience in document accessibility remediation.
