Job Title: Senior Product Owner (ServiceNow Transformation) Location: Reston VA (Hybrid – Once a week onsite) Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Interview Mode: Onsite Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Product Owner with strong experience in product roadmap development, backlog management, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to define product strategy, gather requirements, and drive enterprise CRM and ServiceNow transformation initiatives. This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to translate business needs and current pain points into future-state solutions. Key Responsibilities Define product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities. Manage product backlog, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. Conduct discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and JAD workshops. Collaborate with business, IT, and Agile teams to deliver scalable solutions. Drive ServiceNow and CRM transformation initiatives. Present product updates and recommendations to executive leadership. Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming. Work with large cross-functional teams in Agile/SAFe environments. Required Qualifications 6+ years of Product Owner/Product Management experience. Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, roadmap planning, and story writing. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working on enterprise transformation initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare industry experience. ServiceNow implementation or transformation experience. CRM platform experience.
