We have a tremendous opportunity to lead in the era of AI with Copilot. One of the key opportunities is to provide our customers with the right messaging and tools to drive successful understanding, preference and adoption of Copilot. This role is essential to communicate to sellers and customers how Copilot will impact the market and the business.  The Copilot for Microsoft 365 Product Marketing team is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager who excels at orchestrating sales enablement at scale—partnering closely with field, ( Go To Market)GTM, and enablement teams to translate complex strategy into clear, actionable guidance for sellers. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape how Copilot narratives, priorities, and competitive differentiation are consistently landed across the field through integrated communications, landing motions, and skilling programs. In this role, you will lead the end‑to‑end sales enablement strategy, spanning positioning and messaging, field communications, compete readiness, and role‑based training. You will own how key moments are communicated, reinforced, and practiced—through landing sites, field calls, newsletters, learning circles, pitch practice, and on‑demand resources—so sellers know what matters, what to say, and how to win. You will collaborate closely with(Product Marketing Manager) PMMs, Field Enablement, PR, and Digital Marketing to ensure Copilot innovations are activated through clear field guidance, objection‑ready compete materials, and repeatable training experiences that build seller confidence and drive execution across segments and channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a sales enablement and product communications strategy to drive sales, adoption and retention 
  • Build cohesion and scale through sales and customer success teams 
  • Inspire and inform external relations with our vision around Copilot 
  • Nurture the internal sales community and provide the latest information 
  • Guide cross-functional stakeholder teams with Industry standards and core assets for training

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Masters Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
    •  OR Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
    •  OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
    •  OR Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
    •  OR equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years experience as a written and verbal data-driven storyteller, that can inform and influence decision marking across senior executives and the broader organization 
  • Experience in analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into clear business value
  • Experience working in a dynamic environment, across a wide variety of stakeholders and disciplines, earning trust and collaborating with Engineering, Business Planning, Finance, and Marketing partners.
  • Experience identifying growth opportunities, developing, and executing GTM strategy or sales enablement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth  
  • Experience in presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor the content and the delivery to different audiences and formats 
  • Experience to learn new areas and shift priorities as business evolves  
  • Expeeince in actionability of the insights, and scaling the reach of the insights for others to take action   
  • Experience in customer-focused, with a growth mindset and a passion for learning and innovation   

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
