Summary:
We are seeking senior analytics professional to drive product and business decision-making for Host App and Marketing teams. This hands-on role will leverage advanced analytical techniques and experimentation to deliver high-impact insights and inform strategic product development. The ideal candidate will operate independently, partner cross-functionally, and communicate complex findings effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced analytics and experimentation for Host App and Marketing domains.
- Analyze complex datasets using statistical and causal methods to answer business questions.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B and quasi-experiments to measure feature impact.
- Develop and validate key metrics to monitor product and business performance.
- Build and maintain analytical artifacts and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or applied quantitative analysis.
- Strong SQL and Python/R proficiency with experience in A/B experimentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Domain/Industry Experience:
Marketplace, product analytics, or business strategy experience preferred.
