What You’ll Be Doing
Lead strategy, development, and lifecycle management of veterinary surgical products
Partner with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing on new product development
Conduct market research, pricing strategy, and competitive analysis
Build relationships with key surgeons, veterinarians, and commercial partners
Guide product launches, training, and promotional initiatives
Support field teams and key sales situations
Monitor product performance and guide improvements throughout the lifecycle
About You
Be able to do the job as described.
Knowledge of surgical orthopedics and/or arthroscopy
Ability to train surgeons, veterinarians, and sales teams on procedures and technology
Comfortable working with cadaveric specimens for product development or training
Ability to lead and guide other product or project managers
